Description of Service

Cooklook provides a recipe management platform that allows you to import, organize, edit, and version control your recipes. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to spam or harass others

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the recipes and content you upload to Cooklook. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Subscription & Payments

Free Tier

The free tier includes 5 recipes with limited AI features. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.

Pro Subscription

• Billed monthly or annually in advance
• Automatically renews unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data & Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We recommend regularly exporting your recipes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Recipe accuracy is the responsibility of the original source and the user.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooklook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
